FireFly Hollow lots sit outside city limits, in unincorporated Southern Johnson County. That means more freedom, and a few buyer responsibilities you should plan for.

Water: Private Well

Lots require a private well. A handful of lots in Block 4 already have a well installed (Lots 1, 3, and 5 on County Road 1117). All other lots will need one drilled. Please review the PGCD notice for groundwater district information.

Sewer: On-Site Septic

All homes will require an on-site septic system (OSSF), designed and permitted for the specific soil conditions of your lot.
